HLO is recruiting an experienced consultant/freelance in growth hacking.

The Company

HLO develops PlayGround, a disruptive musical app that allows electronic music lovers to play on an interactive, fun and evolving interface. Being a promising startup, HLO is supported by The Faktory.

What you will do

You will support the CEO in understanding the behavior and persona of our app customers. You will define and implement the best strategies to:

• acquire the greatest users at the lowest cost,
• increase their retention,
• as well as their spending within Playground.

You will be a key support to the management of HLO for the development of the company.

Requirements

• Consultant/freelance
• Experience and drive to help to define growth strategies, especially in gaming
• Experience of digital marketing techniques
• Data analysis ninja
• Script language knowledge (Javascript, Python,…)
• Databases usage (MySQL, Mongo)
• Loves music
• Super team player
• Startup mentality
• Fluent in English
