The Faktory is recruiting a Front-end Developer to work on several very innovative projects in IoT and Biodata.

Job Description

The Front-end Developer translates new ideas into reality, build new features and use modern web technologies to provide clean and easy to read code. He creates new and unique web applications with a heavy focus on javascript client based architecture. He works on short and fast paced Proof of Concepts and demo projects, showing off the versatility and functionally of our products to potential customers. He works in cooperation with the back-end developer to build the REST API.

Profil

  • You have a Bachelor or Master in IT or Computer Science or equivalent by experience.
  • You have a good knowledge of the web stack, of HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript;
  • You know a JS front-end framework (AngularJS, React, …);
  • You have knowledge of web protocols, architectures and techniques: HTTP protocol, formatting languages (CSS), SEO, databases, caching techniques, etc.
  • You have experience in developing, consuming and enabling REST APIs with JSON;
  • You have a systematic problem solving approach, coupled with a strong sense of ownership and drive;
  • You have a strong passion in new technologies, Web and mobile products;
  • You love to work in team in an agile environment, and you can lead projects responsibility and successfully;
  • Knowing the agile development practices and tools is a plus!
